phew~ tiring

finally finish the example for decoration

but the decoration is for what i couldnt mention it here XP

afternoon i complete the paper craft

and now juz complete da wire cage

phew~ my hand is red red red

pain pain pain after have a fight v the wire..

use so long time oni made one cage..

haiz... nvm..

above is the bread that i saw from newspaper.

1st one is put some slice fruits and cream in the middle

or can call it as fruitburger i guess XP

2nd one is a bread tat we make a hole in the center, then put in the ingredients that u like ^^

such as ham, salmon, vegetables, egg etc

u can put the salad in it too. it wil bcome 2 in 1 =)

Try it! i think it wil be vy nice for a breakfast or a high tea.

btw..do u guys noe the difference between high tea and afternoon tea? i found out that many ppl couldnt differentiate it and thought it is the same.

Afternoon tea is actually having during 3pm-430pm. Just after lunch. Afternoon tea they usually have some light food and varieties of tea of course. 

But high tea is during 5pm-630pm. This can be say as a combination of afternoon tea and dinner. It will add in some heavy food like meat. Some people during the olden days, after they have their high tea they will not take their dinner that day because the time they having their dinner is too close with high tea.

Moreover, i juz noe the proper way for eating scones.

It would be a perfect match with clotted cream and jams like strawberry or blueberry jam.

before u put it into ur mouth,please cut it into half and spread the clotted cream and jam.

I wana try it when i have a chance XP

besides i remember when i training in E&O pastry department, there is a customer from 1885 (a fine dining restaurant) during afternoon tea time ask for clotted cream. We do not have any prepared clotted cream there. So chef have to do it immediately. The chef says that he ask for clotted cream means he know how to eat it. 

hmm..miss the time in E&O hotel...evyday before start working i will go verandah a while when im in F&B department. It feels so good to see the sea and the sky. and let me found out the colours of the sea is different everyday. sometimes is so blue smtimes is so grey. Just like our emotions. But when i train in front office and kitchen i couldnt have this kind of enjoyment anymore. I celebrate christmas and new year in a 5 star hotel for the 1st time..it is a unforgettable memory and experience. Although is tired but is fun..hope i get to celebrate again with specials way and places. It will be so fun! XP
